例如：we accept your proposal on the condition that you order 20000 units.
（如果你订2万台，我们就会接受您的建议）
在与外商谈判时，如果你有不同意见，你最好就要直接的说出来，比如，表示无法赞同对方的意见时，可以说：
(我不认为那是个好注意)

(坦白地说，我是无法同意你的提案。)
frankly, we can’t agree with your proposal.
如果是拒绝，可以说：
